
Chicken Rissoles

Asian inspired chicken rissoles that will be a hit with the whole family.
Ingredients
- 500 g chicken mince
- 2 tablespoon Wok Out sauce
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon ginger, finely grated
- 1 shallot or ½ red onion, grated
- 1 egg, beaten
- Pinch Man Grind
- ½ teaspoon Sesh oil OPTIONAL
- soy sauce to serve
Directions
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together. The mixture is quite wet.
- Heat a heavy based pan over a medium-high heat and add a splash of olive oil.
- Add heaped spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot pan and cook for about three minutes on each side or until cooked through. I did them in batches of four. The mixture should give you 12 rissoles.
- In a small bowl mix together ¼ cup soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of Sesh Oil to serve with the rissoles as a dipping sauce or to drizzle over your meal.
- Serve with stir fried sesame greens and rice. Enjoy!

Notes
These would be amazing as a burger patty for an Asian style burger. Brioche bun, sesh oil mayo and some shredded cabbage and carrot. YUM!
