Chicken Rissoles

Asian inspired chicken rissoles that will be a hit with the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken mince
  • 2 tablespoon Wok Out sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, finely grated
  • 1 shallot or ½ red onion, grated
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Pinch Man Grind
  • ½ teaspoon Sesh oil OPTIONAL
  • soy sauce to serve

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.  The mixture is quite wet.
  • Heat a heavy based pan over a medium-high heat and add a splash of olive oil.
  • Add heaped spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot pan and cook for about three minutes on each side or until cooked through.  I did them in batches of four.  The mixture should give you 12 rissoles.
  • In a small bowl mix together ¼ cup soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of Sesh Oil to serve with the rissoles as a dipping sauce or to drizzle over your meal.
  • Serve with stir fried sesame greens and rice.  Enjoy!

Notes

These would be amazing as a burger patty for an Asian style burger.  Brioche bun, sesh oil mayo and some shredded cabbage and carrot.  YUM!
