Ingredients: 300 g Raw prawns (Peeled and tails removed ); 300 g Firm white fish (Hoki, Tarakihi or Cod); 1 Egg white; 2 Tbsp Rock out with your wok out sauce; 2 Tsp Grated fresh ginger; 2 Garlic cloves; 2 Tbsp Chopped coriander and/or spring onion; 2 Tbsp Black pepper; 1/2 Tsp Sunshine Salt; 2 Cups Shredded cabbage; 1 Cup Shredded carrot; 1 Cucumber (Thinly sliced into ribbons); 1/2 Cup Bean sprouts; 2 Tbsp Rice vinegar; 1 Tbsp Soy sauce; 1/2 Lime, juiced; 1 Tsp Sesame oil
