Pasta Fagioli

Name: Pasta Fagioli

Ingredients: 1 onion, finely diced; 4 cloves garlic, crushed; 2 tbsp olive oil; 2 tbsp Italian Stallion; 1 tbsp Flaky Man Grind; 2 cans chopped or crushed tomatoes; 1 tbsp sugar; 2 cans pinto or cannelloni beans; 1 can chickpeas; 1 litre water; 2 chicken style stock cubes; 1 cup small pasta shapes (see instructions for example); fresh parsley to garnish
