Maple BBQ Chicken & Bacon Salad

Name: Maple BBQ Chicken & Bacon Salad

Ingredients: 4 chicken thighs ((boneless & skinless)); 8 rashes streaky bacon; 1/3 cup Bourbon Maple BBQ sauce; 1 head cos/butter/fancy lettuce ((Or whatever salad greens you have on hand. I just picked a variety from my garden)); 1/2 red onion, finely sliced; 1/2 cucumber, sliced and halved; handful fresh basil, sliced; 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil; 1 tbsp lemon juice; 1 1/2 tsp Man Rub; 1/2 tsp Sesh Mustard ((substitute with Dijon if you don't have)); Man Grind and Pepper to taste
