Dukkah baked fish

Ingredients
  • 2 Fish fillets
  • 1 Cup Israeli couscous
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 2 Tablespoon Parsley Roughly chopped
  • 2 Tablespoon Greek yoghurt
  • 2 Tablespoon Mother Dukkah
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 Teaspoon Man grind
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. 

  2. Bring a pot of water to the boil and add couscous. Cook for 7-8 minutes then drain and pour back into the pot. Add butter, Man Grind, stir then set aside.

  3. Place the fish onto a lined baking dish and sprinkle over Dukkah. Chuck in the oven for 12-15 minutes. Time may vary depending on the size of the fish.

  4. Grab a bowl and add the buttery couscous. Top with fish, Greek yoghurt, parsley and lemon juice.
