Ingredients: 400 grams white fish fillets (I used rig); ½ cup white flour; Man grind; 1 cup Lemon and herb crumb; 2 eggs; 1 ½ cups cream; 1 leek (white half only); 1 teaspoon Italian stallion; ¼ cup Parsley (chopped, preferably flatleaf but I used curly); 1-2 tablespoons Butter; 1 teaspoon Olive oil; ½ teaspoon minced Garlic; ¼ lemon; 1 cup white wine *optional
