Ingredients: 1 Onion (finely diced); 1 Tbsp Butter; 1 clove Garlic (grated); 450 g Beef mince; 1 Tbsp Magic Mushie Dust; 2 cups Mushrooms (sliced); 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce; 1 tsp Man Rub or paprika; 1 Tbsp Tomato paste; 1 cup Stock Market or beef stock; 1 tsp Sgt Pepper or pepper; ½ cup Sour cream; 2 Tbsp Parsley (finely chopped)
