Ingredients: 75 g butter; 1 onion; 1 carrot; 1 red apple; 3 cloves garlic; 3 tbsp Goan to Bombay; 1 tsp Sanders Seasoning; 3 cups chicken stock (or vegetable stock); 1 tbsp honey; 1 tsp white vinegar (or lemon juice); 2 tbsp cornflour
