Breakfast Toad in a Hole

Ingredients
  • 12 breakfast sausages
  • 4 strips bacon cut into 3
  • 12 sage leaves
  • 60 g butter
Yorkshire Batter
Instructions
  1. Whisk the Yorkshire Ingredients together and set aside in the fridge.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200C Fan Bake

  3. Pop a sausage into each of the 12 cups in a muffin tin (or cut a normal sausage into 3)
  4. Add a 1/3 peice of the streaky bacon and a sage leaf along with a 5g cube of butter. Pop into the oven for 10-12 at minutes till the saus is mostly cooked and good fats are dripping into the butter.

  5. While the tray is still super hot, divide the Yorkshire batter into the 12 tins and pop back in the oven at 210C Fan Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden.

  6. Pop out, drizzle with our smokey chipotle ding dong sauce, laugh and then enjoy because YUM
