Ingredients: Packet Pita Breads (Highly recommend the proper Greek Pita breads from Vetro ); 500 g Chicken (Thigh is best, use more/less depending on how many Pita's you are making ); 1/4 Cup Olive Oil; 1 tbsp Man Rub; 4 tbsp Greece Lightning ((Our new greek oregano product!)); 1 Lemon Rind and Juice; 1 Cup Greek Yoghurt; 1 Cucumber (Grated); 2 Cloves Garlic; 1 tbsp Dill; 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar; Salt & Pepper; 1 tbsp Get Freaky Tzatziki Dip Mix (Optional ); 1 pack Frozen Chips or Potatoes cut into chips; 2 Large Ripe Tomatoes (Sliced ); 1 Red Onion (Sliced )
