Ingredients: 1 Packet Strawberry Lamingtons or sponge cake (Half the lamingtons, or cut the cake into cubes); 2-3 Cups Fresh Strawberries (Sliced); 1 1-1/2 Cups Al Pistachio; 2 Cups Custard (Thick & vanilla); 500 ml Cream; 2 Tbsp Icing sugar; 1 Tsp Vanilla extract; 1 Cup Pistachios (Crushed or chopped); 2 Packet Strawberry jelly (Made according to packet instructions and set in a shallow dish ); Strawberry jam, Extra strawberries (For brushing the sponge)
