Name: Dukkah Pumpkin with Tzatziki
Ingredients: 1 small Buttercup Pumpkin (or whichever pumpkin you prefer); 2 eggs; ¾ cup flour; Man grind; 2 cups Dukkah Crumb; ½ cup of Oil for frying (more on hand if needed); ¼ cup chopped Herbs (I used a mix of flat leaf parsley and mint, coriander would also suit nicely); 1 cup Greek yoghurt; 1 tablespoon tzatziki dip mix; Sesh oil (optional)
