
Chilli Jam Apricots

Ingredients
- 6 Apricots
- 12 tsp Jam Sesh
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 160 degrees, line a baking tin that has sides to it. Fill the tin with about 1cm of water covering the bottom of the tin, this is to prevent the apricots from burning.
- Cute the apricots in half, removing the pip. Place a teaspoon of Jam Sesh in the pit of the apricot where the pip once was. Place the apricot down flat into the tray. Spoon some extra Jam Sesh onto the top side of the apricot too.
- Place into the oven to cook until they're softened and smooshy, check every 10 minutes. Remove from the oven once done.
- Serve these through a salad, as an appetiser or on freshly toasted sourdough with goats cheese and basil!
