Ingredients: 500 g chicken breast; 1 1/2 cup milk; 1 cup water; 1 tbsp Italian Stallion; 1 cube / tsp powdered chicken stock; 1 bulb garlic, roasted OR confit garlic; 1 bag baby spinach; 3 tbsp butter; 1/4 cup flour; 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated (+ a bit extra to sprinkle on the top at the end); 1 cup Colby cheese, grated; Man Grind; Pepper on Me; lasagne sheets ((I like to use the fresh ones from the fridge at the supermarket))
