Chipotle Ranch Mac N Cheese

Ingredients

  • 3 chicken thighs, boneless
  • 2 tbsp Ranch (see notes)
  • 1 tbsp Ding Dong Sauce
  • 1 tsp Man Grind
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 2.5 cups macaroni elbows
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • spring onion to garnish
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Dice chicken and season with Man Grind, heat a large pan over a medium high heat, add a drizzle of oil and sear until lightly golden

  2. Add the Chipotle Ranch or Dude Ranch and Ding Dong, mix to coat and pour in milk followed by chicken stock

  3. Add macaroni elbows and bring to a simmer, once simmering reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring regularly or until pasta is cooked. If it gets too dry at any point add a splash of milk

  4. Once the macaroni is cooked remove from the heat and stir through grated cheese, leave to stand for a couple of minutes then garnish with spring onion and serve

Recipe Notes

If you have the limited edition chipotle ranch powder use 3 tablespoons of that, other wise use Dude Ranch and Ding Dong SauceĀ
