Preheat oven to 200℃.
While a heavy based oven proof pan is heating over a high heat, coat your chicken thighs in Sanders Seasoning.
Add a drizzle of olive oil to the pan. Once hot add the chicken and brown on each side. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Remove the pan from the heat and add the cream, Onyaa and G Banger to the dish and stir to combine. Mix through the gnocchi.
Take the par-cooked chicken and slice into thin strips, add to the gnocchi mix and stir through. Cover the dish with a lid or foil and place in the oven for 20 mins.
Remove the dish from the oven and stir through the baby spinach. If you want the spinach a little more cooked than just wilted, pop the lid back on and return the dish to the oven for another 5 mins.
Remove from the oven, serve up and enjoy!
