Garlicky Chicken Gnocchi

This creamy chicken gnocchi is such an easy, flavour packed one-pot dish that will soon become a family fave!

Ingredients

  • 500 grams chicken thigh
  • 1 tablespoon Sanders Seasoning
  • ½ tablespoon Onyaa Onion Dip Mix
  • ½ tbsp G Banger
  • 500 grams gnocchi
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 bag baby spinach
  • olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200℃.
  • While a heavy based oven proof pan is heating over a high heat, coat your chicken thighs in Sanders Seasoning.
  • Add a drizzle of olive oil to the pan. Once hot add the chicken and brown on each side. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  • Remove the pan from the heat and add the cream, Onyaa and G Banger to the dish and stir to combine. Mix through the gnocchi.
  • Take the par-cooked chicken and slice into thin strips, add to the gnocchi mix and stir through. Cover the dish with a lid or foil and place in the oven for 20 mins.
  • Remove the dish from the oven and stir through the baby spinach. If you want the spinach a little more cooked than just wilted, pop the lid back on and return the dish to the oven for another 5 mins.
  • Remove from the oven, serve up and enjoy!
