Chipotle Ranch Mac N Cheese

Ingredients

  • 3 chicken thighs, boneless
  • 2 tbsp Ranch (see notes)
  • 1 tablespoon Ding Dong Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Man Grind
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 2.5 cups macaroni elbows
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • spring onion to garnish
  • oil

Instructions

  • Dice chicken and season with Man Grind, heat a large pan over a medium high heat, add a drizzle of oil and sear until lightly golden
  • Add the Chipotle Ranch or Dude Ranch and Ding Dong, mix to coat and pour in milk followed by chicken stock
  • Add macaroni elbows and bring to a simmer, once simmering reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring regularly or until pasta is cooked. If it gets too dry at any point add a splash of milk
  • Once the macaroni is cooked remove from the heat and stir through grated cheese, leave to stand for a couple of minutes then garnish with spring onion and serve

Notes

If you have the limited edition chipotle ranch powder use 3 tablespoons of that, other wise use Dude Ranch and Ding Dong SauceĀ
